Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products back into their original Ooni packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
